Graphic Designer
I’m a graphic and motion designer with a background in
building and maintaining visual systems
across multiple formats - print, digital, and live environments.
My experience
working across multi-channel deliverables, and
maintaining organized design system integrity
will make me successful in this role at Bio-Rad.
Alphabet Sports Collective
Branding & Presentation Systems
I developed a brand identity and supporting presentation materials for Alphabet Sports Collective,
with a focus on clarity, scalability, and flexibility.
- Designed a cohesive brand system including logo, typography, color, and layout principles
- Created presentation templates and pitch decks to support communication with partners and stakeholders
- Built slide systems that could be reused and adapted across multiple contexts
Relevance:
Directly reflects the type of work outlined in this role—developing and maintaining templates, producing presentation materials, and ensuring consistency across repeated use cases.
I developed and continue to manage a
full identity system for an LGBTQ+ hockey team,
extending from foundational branding into ongoing content production.
- Built a flexible brand system including logo, typography, color, and uniform design
- Created repeatable templates for social media, announcements, and promotional graphics
- Designed visual assets intended for digital use
Relevance:
This work reflects ongoing execution within a defined system—balancing consistency with adaptability across repeated deliverables, similar to working within established templates and brand guidelines.
As part of a national speaking tour, I supported content creation and documentation across more than 100 events.
- Produced recap videos and social content under tight timelines
- Worked with real-time constraints, adapting assets quickly for different audiences and platforms
- Collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure messaging clarity and consistency
Relevance:
This experience required strong communication, responsiveness to feedback, and consistent output under deadline—mirroring the collaborative and fast-paced nature of in-house design teams.
Multi-Format Design System
I illustrated and expanded a children’s book into a broader ecosystem of supporting materials.
- Designed a cohesive visual language across print and physical products
- Created templates for repeatable assets like activity sheets and promotional materials
- Ensured visual consistency across a wide range of deliverables
Relevance:
Demonstrates the ability to translate a single visual system across formats while maintaining clarity, consistency, and production readiness.
Web Motion & Lottie Assets
Scalable Digital Components
I animated a set of icons using After Effects, focusing on meaningful motion that aids users understanding the story of Related Sciences, and exported them as Lottie animations for seamless web integration—specifically triggered by scroll-based interactions.
Website for Related Sciences [follow link to interact with animations]
- Designed icon-based animations to be integrated into the interaction on live web environments
- Delivered assets in Lottie format, balancing visual quality with performance constraints
- Collaborated with developers to ensure smooth implementation
Relevance:
Aligns with maintaining and contributing to design systems, especially where components must be reusable, adaptable, and technically precise.
Approach
Across these projects, my approach is consistent:
-
System-first thinking — designing for message consistency and repeatability
-
Production awareness — understanding file prep, specs, and downstream use
-
Collaboration — working closely with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback quickly
-
Organization — maintaining clean files, structured libraries, and clear handoff processes
Closing
I’m particularly interested in roles where design is part of an ongoing system—where consistency, collaboration, and execution are just as important as creativity. I’d welcome the opportunity to contribute to Bio-Rad’s team and support high-quality design work across its day-to-day needs.
