About Me
- Resume
- Timeline
My work lives at the intersection of hockey, brand, and motion.
These projects span full design systems — identity, environmental, print, digital — but motion runs through all of them.
At the foundation of this work is a belief: hockey — beyond sport or entertainment or business — as a vehicle for social and cultural change.
.
01 - brand + graphics + motion
Full brand and campaign identity built to establish the SF Earthquakes as a nonprofit organization and center of LGBTQ+ hockey in northern California. The visual system was designed to live at every scale — from an in-rink intro video on large-format arena display down to social posts and printed event collateral.
Motion highlight -
Designed and animated an in-rink intro video for large-format arena display.
*While the Earthquakes don’t play in an arena with any screen, the graphics mostly live on socials and the website.*
02 - brand and visual system + motion
Alphabet Sports Collective
End-to-end brand and content system built to flex across a physical event footprint and digital presence. Identity, presentations, posters, tent and tabling design, and a template system for ongoing social content production.
Motion highlight -
Built a motion template system for social — reusable animated formats that let the org produce consistent, on-brand content at speed. Designed for the people using them, not just for the showcase.
03 - illustration + motion world
Children's hockey book
Co-created with Cammi Granato
Co-created and illustrated a children's book about a girl who wants to play hockey. Then built motion assets that extended the characters and world beyond the page — bringing the story to life for digital and event use. Launched with the Seattle Kraken, featured at Anaheim Ducks reading program, and spotlighted at USA vs. Canada women's hockey.
Motion highlight -
Used the original illustration system as a foundation for animated assets — extending the book's visual world into motion for social, events, and digital storytelling.
04 - brand Motion + installation
Student Project - CCA MFA Design
Conceived, designed, and animated a short brand film to launch Allbirds' new hi-top sneaker line. Rooted in Allbirds' existing aesthetic and content sensibility, the video was built to work both as an in-store installation, on social, and online — three very different contexts that shaped every creative decision, from pacing to aspect ratio to how the product is revealed.
Motion highlight -
Designed for multi-context delivery — in-store installation, social, and online. The animation had to hold up on a large retail screen and compress into a feed-native format without losing the story. Mocked up in a real store environment to show how the piece would live in space.
Every project here has more to it than what fits on this page.
I'd love the chance to walk through any of my work in more depth, talk through my process, or just have a conversation about what building motion design for the PWHL could look like.
Hockey has been part of my life in many different forms for as long as I can remember.
I would be so excited to bring my passion, experience, and creativity to help tell the stories of the PWHL.
If something here resonates, please don't hesitate to reach out.
